Re: The Boyfriend

The thing about /some/ police is, oh I just have the impression that they automatically suspect the person coming to them because it's the easier thing to do. Woman filing a sexual assault report? Is it easier to grill her to see if she's lying so they can write it off, or to file it and then drag their asses out to do scene and stuff? Concerned Parents? Tell them their kid ran away. Partner missing? We think you are responsible and are just covering it up with an advance phone call.

Maybe it isn't...malicious, maybe they've just been trained to examine everything, and when all the everything they have to start with is the person in front of them, it can be a stumbling block towards finding justice.

Is it possible for you to get the attention of the people in charge, Google, or whatever people is it, that have access to satellites that covered the area, to start looking at the footages over it the day she disappeared? Satellite images are collected everyday, hers could have slipped under the radar if nothing happened 'on screen', or no one was looking at it at the time. If she went pass tourist heavy areas, it will all the more be likely that her images would be in a variety of cameras somewhere, in the corners, etc.

You can also look up, if you could, what tour groups (companies) were in the area the day of her disappearance, maybe the tourguides would remember something?

I wish you luck.
